Attention All Sand Point PTA Members!
We will be holding a special General Membership meeting on Monday, August 8th at 7:00 p.m.
This very brief meeting is being held to Amend our Articles of Incorporation. Currently, we are not officially a tax exempt organization. This means that currently any donations made to our PTA are not tax deductible.
What: Special General Membership PTA Meeting
When: Monday, August 8 at 7:00 p.m. (Please do your best to get there a few minutes early, the meeting must start promptly at 7:00 p.m. - we need to be done by 7:45 p.m. at the latest)

Agenda: Vote on Articles of Amendment to the Sand Point Elementary Articles of Incorporation to add required language to be included in the Washington State PTA group exemption under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
