WINTER COAT DRIVE
Every child needs a warm defense against the cold winter temperatures. Through the generosity of the Sand Point community our goal is to make sure every child’s needs are met!
Here's how you can participate:
If you would like your child to receive a new winter coat:
- Complete the Coat Request Form (forms are also available from your teacher, at the school office, or in Kid Mail).
- Return the completed form to the school front office by Tuesday, January 17th in the Coat Request Form return box. All information will be kept confidential.
- Pick up a snowflake in the front lobby of the school between January 17th and 20th.
- Purchase a NEW coat with the size, color preference and gender information on the snowflake.
- Please put the purchase receipt (if possible) and the snowflake in the pocket of the coat.
- Drop off the coat at the school front office by Friday, January 27th.
- Please write a check to SPE PTA (for any amount) and we will do the shopping for you!
- Drop check in the coat drive box in the office by Friday, January 27th.
In the interest of confidentiality, Kay Rawlings will be the main contact for families who choose to participate in this program.
